Shipping Policy
Our turnaround time will be up to 10-21 business days including shipping and we strive to have them out faster. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time for that product description. Please remember some items are handmade and do require a little time to create.
Sublimation Blanks (Blank Product) orders will be created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check out.
We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.
For some known orders, which may take longer processing time, the processing time for shipping will be included on the product description page.
Special Orders/Custom Orders will be based on case by case order on the processing time.
Be advised Large Orders may have longer processing times. (The production timeline for Bulk Orders of $200+ is 7-10+ business days).
Attention
Items may take longer during the holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. From November 15th through December 31st, our production time increases 4-6+ business days.
Creative Friends LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays.
