Refund policy

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. 

Creative Friends, LLC does NOT issue refunds or exchanges, but we will provide store credit in the event of a manufacturers defect. We will offer only credit in the amount of the returned physical item once it has been shipped back to Creative Friends LLC.  There are NO refunds on digital downloads, or courses/classes/one on one sessions, in person workshops, etc.  

If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at support@creativefriendsllc.com.

Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order.  If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not guarantee store credit.

Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.

Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing.

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So we can get this sorted for you, please email us at support@creativefriendsllc.com with the following info:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged

Please allow us 3-5  business days to process your claim and you will receive a status update. Thanks for allowing our small business to grow yours!

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds, only credit.

 

Discount Codes
You must apply discount code at checkout.  If forgotten we can not alter your amount to show the discount.  We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.  Sales tax, shipping and handling does not qualify for discount.  No rain checks issued.  Other restrictions may apply.

 

Giveaways
You have 48 hours to respond to the e-mail about your giveaway or you will forfeited and the prize will be given to next winner.  Always check your e-mail spam folder in case sent there.
